All products worth under £20 will be shipped by Royal Mail within 4-5 days. Shipping cost £4
For all orders worth over £20, delivery services are free by Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature in 3-4 days
Free next-day delivery is available on all orders to a UK Mainland address for an additional £8.85
Delivery to areas classed as Highlands and Islands will normally take 3 to 4 days dependent on any local area delivery company operational constraints.


European & Rest of World Delivery! Standard European shipping via the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Austria and Germany due to Brexit is now 10 to 20 business days. Deliveries to the rest of the world may take up to 60 days. International Tracked & Signed  – £16.70


Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
Please note Giselle-Sa is not responsible for the delivery schedule and cannot guarantee your item will be received within the estimated delivery timeframe especially in Covid-19 circumstances. Sometimes unforeseen delays occur due to mailing volume of shipping carriers, public holidays, peak periods, customs processing delays, inaccurate or incomplete shipment information (such as P.O. Box for receiver address, missing or inaccurate receiver telephone number), or unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery.


Giselle-Sa is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. We will attempt to do anything within our power to assist in every situation – we are here to help you. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. Giselle-Sa reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours.
